• Temp: 320 - 375
• Cover with Teflon or parchment
• Pre-press garment 7-10 seconds to remove moisture/wrinkles
• Press Time: 15-20 seconds
• Pressure: Heavy
• Turn garment inside out and press another 15 seconds
