• Each full carton weighs approximately 28 lbs
• Orders exceeding 30 candles will ship in multiple boxes
To ensure safe arrival and prevent damage, candles are packed with extra protective padding and biodegradable packing peanuts. Our exclusive shipping carrier is UPS.
To avoid split shipments, we recommend ordering in multiples of 30 candles per box (28 lbs per carton). Orders exceeding this quantity will be divided accordingly.
For product protection, we generally ship candles separately from body products such as soap and lotion. In most cases, mixed orders will be split to ensure all items arrive safely and without damage.
